just want to say that this past weekend was good. saturday flowed perfectly well from one event of the day/night to the next, and sunday night was somethin else altogether.

just got a paper in work saying that i'm getting a $1250 bonus july 1st. it's not only for me, everyone gets it, but i'm gonna pretend i got it for being so badass. like i'm a barbarian, and that's what they pay me not to slaughter towns or somethin ( Read more... )

so when i was doin cardio tonight there was a trainer standing in front of me talking to some clients/potential clients. he told them ALWAYS do your cardio before you lift, because then it'll be out of the way, and after you lift weights there's NO WAY you'll get a good cardio session in, because you'll be burned out. but you can run for 40 minutes ( Read more... )
