so when i was doin cardio tonight there was a trainer standing in front of me talking to some clients/potential clients. he told them ALWAYS do your cardio before you lift, because then it'll be out of the way, and after you lift weights there's NO WAY you'll get a good cardio session in, because you'll be burned out. but you can run for 40 minutes ( Read more... )

ahhh ok. yeah bally's trainers are pretty stupid, everytime i see them they got people doin them front shoulder raise things, the dip assist machine with like 150 lbs on it, and the swiss ball.
