so when i was doin cardio tonight there was a trainer standing in front of me talking to some clients/potential clients. he told them ALWAYS do your cardio before you lift, because then it'll be out of the way, and after you lift weights there's NO WAY you'll get a good cardio session in, because you'll be burned out. but you can run for 40 minutes and then go hit the weights full intensity? whatever you say homie.
i just made another order to DPS, and tomorrow i'm gonna buy a new lock cause this onguard keeps jackin my keys up. maybe hit the gym, maybe just ride around cause it's supposed to be nice as hell tomorrow, and wait til saturday to hit the weights. decisions, decisions...
