Te Rangi fest
Mixed weather, freezing Friday night - so after the 5am jam finished I slept on the couch in Rumpy (the green room) with a Hottie. sunny but windy next 2 days. One of the marquees blew over, as did my tent. I was on stage 3 times thru Sunday and managed to catch up w old uni pal (who was passing driving north) off site too.

End of another era
Ripping Records, in Edinburgh, is to be no more. It was the go to place for gig tickets for me. So much less hassle sometimes than phoning or internet ( Read more... ) -
Derby Folk Festival
It was sunny on Friday when I took the train to Derby. However, when I changed trains at Leicester I realised I should have worn warmer clothes for going up-North... That became the theme of the weekend really as autumn seemed to turn to winter and temps dropped below 10˚C.
