Folk by the Oak

Today 6 of us went thru to Hatfield for a one day folky fest.
Richard Thompson was the highlight for me and he was bang on form and the sound was perfectly brilliant as we have come to expect from him. It was a really easy set of mostly his older popular songs. Strangely I just don't seem to remember the newer ones that I don't ( Read more... )

Yay! Internet access again!

Cambridge Folk Festival was one of my best ever. Mainly due to the lovely ppl I met up with... like alpie and the guys fae Scotland. Singing til 3am and having to walk home. But all was well.
