Event Horizon may be the most disturbing horror film I've ever subjected myself to; I think I'd assumed it was "just" a sci-fi film.

I need to see Brazil again. Only saw it once, but at least it was in a theater (not original run though). Someday I'll pick up the set with all three versions.

Haven't heard of the other two, but they don't sound like my sort of thing anyway.

There are four cuts of Brazil to speak of. US, UK, "Final", and "Love Conquers All". The Criterion set has "Final" and "Love Conquers All", and I think those are the only two cuts released on DVD. But it's the most complete cut, so you're not really missing anything without seeing the US and UK cuts.

But the "Love Conquers All" edit is one of the most fascinating film disasters ever.
