I was disappointed to hear about Michael Jackson this week. I had a love/hate relationship with him as a pop star. The music he made in his prime will always be perfect to me but the reputation as an image obsessed megalomaniac with will always mar my opinion of him. I have faith that this will be every bit as good as it's predecessors.

Just when you start to get good at managing the stuff giving you trouble, something new comes along to turn the world upside down. So at work for the last couple of months I'd been working previously closed cases that customers want to be reopened.
