I really meant to have been watching The American Experience's latest mini-series, We Shall Remain, depicting American history, starting with the arrival of the Europeans, from Native perspectives, with Native actors, crew, and consultants/advisors. Watched Wuthering Heights ('39) last night. I don't know if it's standard consensus, but I think a goodly portion of the blame for the romanticization of Heathcliff can be traced to the fact that Larry is just so damn pretty here.
