Oops... I'm not self-employed, actually, just a little bit (classes). The AEAT keeps record of all my fiscal movements via my NIF number (your NIE as well). After the conservatives' reforms in the early 2000s, only the purchase of a house justifies some sort of fiscal deduction.

Listen: you can work autonomous and employed at the same time. Basically it depends on the percentage. Then classes add up as an extra activity. Yes, you might pay a little more taxes, but never more than the amount corresponding to your total income.

As per a visit, don't count with my partner, as he doesn't like to socialize with people, less with people he can't communicate. When it comes to me, whenever you want!

Nah, it's cool, I'm very variable on the socializing front myself. :)
Florenci actually speaks French, though he's a little rusty - it'd be me that'd be the problem!
But, really, I know how it feels to feel 'obligated' to socialize, so don't worry about that. :)

Still, we must get you over for a visit - maybe next weekend? (when I no longer have the plague the swine flu this horrible cold. :D)

Whenever you want. I can go and visit for coffee, as I could visit my friend David as well.
BTW, I lost your phone number, silly me!
