I just got by sms the code to download the draft information to do all my taxes. I still don't have an electronic ID reader to fill the papers online, nor an digital certificate, but with the draft information and my signature I can do everything on a printed paper and go to my bank.

So I've just come back from the "Oficina Tècnica", the department of the City Hall that issues building licenses and all kind of installations.

I got a phone call from my apartment's administrator yesterday. The business below was making works - they want to open a restaurant. As part of the works, they need to add a smoke extraction unit from the kitchen to the top of the building.
