I am back from Japan. It was pretty awesome. I saw a lot of cool things, including but not limited to: Akihabara, Anime Museum, Yokohama, Disneysea, new One Piece movie.

Girls of Summer
Summer has been dull. It's hard to surpass last summer, the current official Best Summer (TM), which was chock full of action, adventure and vitality. Ponderisms
I was at a movie yesterday night and started thinking about the idea of going to movies with friends. I think that movie viewing is a very personal experience during the actual viewing process, and that the criticism and review is largely a group process. Why, then, is such a stigma attached to the idea of watching a movie in a theater alone? ( Read more... ) -
People... Are... Frustrating.
It's absolutely a fact that I am taking five classes and working two jobs this semester. This much cannot be denied. And despite that, I still manage to find free time. But I wonder if it's enough? If I'm so used to having more free time than I currently do that my psychological state of being is being affected on a subconscious level. I feel sick ( Read more... ) -
Floundering
It's nearing finals week here at my school, meaning everything's on red alert and everyone's panicking. Everyone's busy, everyone's thinking only about themselves, etc. I have finals but I'm not worried about them, but everyone else is worried about everything and it generally pisses me off. I really miss my friends. I made 'em and I like 'em, but it's hard to tell whether people do things intentionally or not. My common belief is that the best way to have a conversation is face to face, that way you can see people when they walk away from you.
