So yeah. A lot has happened in the last couple weeks. I ended up not needing surgery; they decided it was already mostly scar tissue & wasn't a real big risk, & that it was a tricky spot to operate on anyway because of nerves in the area. Ugh. Bad day at the doctor's yesterday. Very bad day. He tells me "I'll just send you over for an ultrasound so that we can send you home with a resounding negative."
