Seriously, out of the 6 NICUs in Birmingham that I keep going back to, one of them would have a position open. You would think. But apparently not.

Patience is really difficult to maintain sometimes.

Mark is quitting his job soon. Like, in 2 weeks (or as soon as they find somebody to replace him, if they haven't in 2 weeks). I know it sounds weird, particularly in the state of our economy right now, but I cannot WAIT. I worked two days extra (granted, for double time) and made as much as he does in a month. I'm already tired of this job-hunting process, and I've only completely finished one application, and am working on another two. I'd just like to say that I'm really, really ready for this night to be over. and that I'm really, really sad that i had to come in tonight when Elissa's at my house :( But I get 3 days off now, so that's happy news! Just 2 more hours to go.... hopefully I can stay awake that long.

Back to work after 12 days off ... kind of sucks. No, really sucks. Can I quit and be a housewife? (It may be slightly boring, but at least it's quiet.)

I am watching Nanny 911, and dear lord, I hope I'm a better mother than this crazy lady ... watching this show sort of terrifies me of raising toddlers/small children - and any child over the age of 1 in general, i think.

my patience is GONE.

uggghhh an hour and a half left, and i'm on VACATION for 12 whole days. thank God, cause i might go crazy if i don't get one soon...
