Nursing job searches are not supposed to take this long or be this difficult. Ugh.

sometimes, in my job, you have babies who you instantly fall in love with. sometimes you have babies who make you want to pull your hair out. and sometimes you have babies who are so sad that they shatter your heart. i'm having one of those heart-shattering weeks.
