You might enjoy doing HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training - you can get a weight workout and cardio in one workout. They are intense but also fast paced and fun. If you google HIIT you can find workouts to try. It helps if you have a timer or stopwatch or can see a clock with seconds at your gym.

One of my trainers at my old gym did this every couple of weeks with me. Usually had me in a puddle by the end of our time together. I think I told him more than once that "even my eyelashes are sweating."

Now, I sort of have been doing a deeply modified HIIT with my treadmill. Partly because the treadmills have an option for speed intensity (or some such) and I can start at 4.1 and then lope at 4.8. I have been doing about 3 or 4 minutes low and then 1 to 1 1/2 minutes at the high level. (Reverse/modified/cheating....whatever)
Closer is the 30-minute circuit in our gym that I like. (Ours isn't quite this tight as the picture that I found) 20 station circuit set-up with 1 minute on and 30 second "rest". During the rest I usually am getting the next machine ready. And you can push pretty well on it. Basically the 10 machines cover legs, arms, and the last one is for abs. In between each machine is a step station for cardio ( ... )

I love Daily Burn! That's a great resource. Circuit training is great. Torch calories and get stronger all at once.
