Need to make time to do some weights. Though it is hard when I want to do 2 miles on the treadmill and that takes most of my time. And in the mornings I really can't stretch it out much longer. And if Brian goes with in the evening it makes it tricky on that end as well since he is usually done in 35-40 minutes.
I need to also mark what time I go. Mostly because I feel like in the evening, I struggle a bit more.
Thursday Jan 7 evening - 2.02 miles/29 minutes (pace 14.36)
Friday Jan 8 evening - 2.03 miles/30 minutes (pace 14.78)
Tuesday Jan 12 morning - 2.17 miles/30 minutes (pace 13.83)
Well, I did break the 14 min mile. I now want to do that consistately. And see if I can get to it to a 12 minute mile by end of summer.
