My grandmother passed away last night after a very brief fight with cancer. It was a good death. A life well lived and a woman well loved surrounded by her family.

So, a lot is going on in my world including a dying grandmother. She's 81 and was diagnosed with Leukemia. She rarely gets dressed anymore, choosing instead to stay in her pajamas. These are her dress pajamas:

I have passed the secondary interview for organ donation. Then I found out that my work offers donor leave with gives the donor 30 days paid leave for the donation without wiping out my entire leave bank. Awesome!
