Emergency Squirtle hat request
Turns out that it is cold at college in Rochester, NY.
Came up with this pattern for a helmet like hat (so back could tuck in under the coat collar) Blank hat then becomes base to make into pokemon character hats.
Squirtle first, but planning Gengar and Bulbasaur too.
