Today, I am doing a morning walk with Stags, followed by our Area AGM.

Tonight, we're meeting up again for Burns Night Supper.

Should be a good day, and because it's good to be positive, I'll make sure I lift people up rather than put them down, with everything I say.

I did my local parkrun this morning for the first time in a while. I didn't do my best, but not my worst either, clocking in at just over half an hour. I chatted to other people; I noticed one of the men there was wearing a Ben Parkes T-shirt ( Read more... )

I have finally accepted that I won't find a better option for the photo_scavenger "countdown" prompt, so I took a picture of this timer I have at home, useful for counting down the amount of time I have before I have to finish a chore or similar.
