Writing from home after the long trip back. Had a lovely overnight stopover in LA - many thanks to my friend M for playing chauffeur and letting me crash at her pad near the airport. It's 50 and sunny, and that means it's time to get out on the bike. Just did the typical ride to the Y to work out.

7.949km in 15:34, nice tailwind east (34.7km/h), hard headwind west. Avg 30.7km/h.
