Jamie and I did a class at the gym today. It kicked my ass. Note to self: it's OKAY to have really really light weights for a 30 min class where I'm working with them almost the whole time!! So I did this 30 min mix aerobic/weights class and 30 mins on the elliptical. I found comfort in the fact that Jamie and I were both very uncoordinated. ( Read more... )
