The definition of frustration:

You think you have a completely original idea. Something that NO ONE ELSE has done yet.

And then you find that one image/blogpost/link that is so close to what you had thought of that your take on the idea loses nearly all of its appeal.

Last night when I was searching my LJ archives to see when I'd posted my Christmas story last, I ran across something that just hit me very strangely, but in a good way.
