Things that almost killed me yesterday:
1. some shitty rice burner that merged into my lane, and almost hit me.
2. a guy with three little kids in one of those little wheelbarrow bikes.
3. 2 bernese mountain dogs being taken for a walk in the middle of the afternoon.
sometimes this town is just too much for me.

Oh man. Yesterday was the surreal. I saw a 50 or 60 year old man shotgun a beer faster than anyone i've ever seen. Then, there was some intense blog-war action. I facilitated, and i only feel slightly guilty.

I climbed a two story tree tonight, to try and get a magnolia flower.
didn't quite work.
but; the people living below nikki did clap, and give mad props.
i was not admitted to the hospital. and i did not call in sick to work (yet?). -
Dinner.
Last night:
Luke came over, we split the last two Scott Kolschs. and made some tasty ass figs.
I haven't made figs like this since last year, and i was having a chevre craving. It's super easy and just one of those tasty combinations of simple flavors.
Cut your figs.
