Little Kombucha baby! In two weeks or so, i'll have a bunch of wonderfully fizzy fermented black tea.

I have been on a home fermentation kick. First Sauerkraut, then kombucha...I really want to make some cheese, but that has to wait until i have a long-term, permanent residence (read: i buy a house).

Who knew that letting things go bad was good for you?
