Well, I don't think 2008 was much better than 2007, but I certainly learned a lot more in it--academically and emotionally.  And despite all the bad things, my summer fieldwork in South Africa was as amazing as it ever could be.  As much as I hated my trip to SA in 2005, I loved it in 2008 ( Read more... )

This is the paper that never ends.  I have 7 more pages to go.  Except I only have 6 more pages, tops, left in the maximum page count given.  It just...kept going.  One section that was supposed to be 2 pages would end up being 4...and a 3 page section would end up being 5 pages....and a 7 page section would end up 10 pages....it stacked up.  I'm ( Read more... )
