~Skipped out of work early friday to make the lovely drive across the border and through customs
~Got to Stratford, Canada, in time to see The Merchant of Venice at 8 pm

So it's going to be another full weekend: dance recital tomorrow (i think i only left one person's dance out of the program, but we'll see) and the Detroit Festival of the Arts Sunday!

Here's a bit of my recent/pending life, just cause I'm in the mood and it's too hot to sleep.

~Work is pretty ok.  I've been addressed as "Scott" more times than I can count, but only as "Mr. Courtney" twice so far. (these have all been in e-mail, and some people are funny when I call them out on it.  One guy said I could e-mail him as "Terri")

So we went and watched my big sister graduate this past weekend, and it was strange because people kept saying things like "that'll be you in two years!"  What a scary thought.  My thoughts about after college have totaled roughly percent of my thoughts. ever.

Spring break has been going just swimmingly so far.  I love time off from school, and i've actually been finding ways to fill up the time, so i'm not just sitting around being bored.  Lots of reading.  I read Ender's Shadow cause the sequel i was looking for was gone.  It was a really cool book to read cause it was the same story as Ender's Game ( Read more... )
