13th Proclamation: [Action]

[Sitting on a bench close to the middle of town is Neliel.  Strangely, her sword, which she usually keeps down at her side, mostly out of sight, is leaning on her shoulder and one knee is up on the bench propping it up.

As people walk past her, she gives them measured glances.  It seems as though she's looking for something...

But what?]

[Do you dare to challenge the ninja walking by? He's got kunai clearly visible on his belt if appearance isn't enough.]

[Sure, why not?]

You there. You're a fighter? [She doesn't move from her position or draw her sword, but her eyes are locked on you, Suoh.]

Yes, I am. [The question alone makes him tense, and his hand glides to his knives.]

[former_third]

Then defend yourself!

[She leaps off the bench, drawing her blade in one fluid movement. Like all Arrancar, Nel has superhuman speed and strength, and she's now swinging a sword at Suoh's neck from the right side. She's not trying to kill him, but unless he's got some skill with those knives he's going to have a sword at his throat.]

[And this is Atsuki passing her. It would be cool if you could read/reply here before this begins but given my knowledge of BLEACH... Nel won't have Shinen. At all. So when he curiously looks over at the woman with a sword he tries to get a read on her Shinen and...

Nothing. That's weird]

[Her eyes flicker over to him. She looks him up and down... then turns away. He doesn't look like a fighter to her, so she'll just let him go on his way.]

[No he does not despite his bomber jacket but he is curious. And social... which brings us to let's chat up the boobie-skull-lady. Namely-]

[Well, her sudden battle-lust hasn't taken away her polite attitude, so she gives him a nod.]

And hello to you.

[Oh, he sees you on that bench Nel. A business suit obv means he can fight right? Oh well, book by it's cover and all that.]

[This does not impress her.]

I'm waiting for someone who can challenge me. I woke up today with a great desire to fight.

[Gippal's walking by and, like his usually unobservant self, FAILS to spot the creepy arrancar up above him.

However, as he just found his ginormous epic weapon thing, he's got it strapped to his back and is walking merrily back to his place]

[Nel sees that, and her interest is immediately caught.]

You there! Do you know how to use that weapon?

[bikanel_brat]

[Stops and looks over his shoulder at Nel curiously]

Uuhhh, yeah, duh. I made it.

Care to show me how you use it? [She pops her sword just a bit out of her hilt, in case her meaning isn't obvious.]

[Her future in acting set (in her mind, at least), Erza decided to wander around and see what was going on around town. By this point, she had gotten a good portion of her armour back from the stores around town, which she was glad about, and she was currently wearing her usual suit of armour. Although she didn't mind the dress she was wearing when she arrived here, she was much more comfortable wearing armour than anything else.

Noticing the arrancar on the bench, she glared at Nel, suspicious. She remembered Adell mentioning that some demons from his world were here, and wondered if this woman was one of them. The goat-like skull on her head certainly helped to build upon these suspicions.]

[The armor would have been enough to attract Nel's attention, but being glared at like that is just too much to ignore.]

Do you desire to taste my blade?

[Well, that was probably one of the stranger expressions she's heard since she arrived here! Then again, she's only been here a few days, which isn't very long at all.]

What do you mean? Are you challenging me to a fight?

You're a warrior, aren't you? You should be prepared for such things.
