Fried tofu

I have a bag of fried tofu chunks. There's no way I'm going to get through it all before it goes off.

Can I freeze it? And if I can is there anything special I have to do to thaw it?

Yes, you can freeze it.
Just leave it out for 4~ish hours before you use it!
