i need to cook for about 30 people this weekend. i have never cooked for this many people, so i don't know how much i need to buy ( Read more... )

The last time I cooked for a large group (15-20) I made baked ziti with Italian sausage, marinara and various cheeses. You could probably do a vegetarian version with eggplant, mushrooms, etc...but then pasta wouldn't be a good side dish...
