Marinated Chicken for the whole family

I've been fairly quiet for ages, but I'm busy designing recipes for Failsafe and South Beach. This came out wonderfully tonight. If you're really amine sensitive, I would just oven bake the chicken and skip the browning step.

Failsafe is a diet for the chemically sensitive. It avoids or minimises salicylates, amines, glutamates (eg msg and hvp) and about 50 common food additives (both natural and artificial ( ... )

Oh, BTW, if this sounds familiar to anyone, yes, Failsafe is the cousin to Feingold. That's why the recipe is Feingold ok!

Thanks...more data that I had figured on, but more info is usually a good thing! Though I am saddened that enough folks couldn't figure out what "Chemical Sensitivity" is just from the name, that you felt you needed to define it. Makes me wonder about folks.

Anyway thanks for the uber complete answer!
