Came home yesterday, got Mia inside, took out the trash and recycling and uninstalled the car seat in my car to make Ed's life easier when he got home. I tried to get started on bacon-wrapped spinach and cheese stuffed chicken only to discover that I needed a slotted pan, like a broiler pan, and I don't own one. So last night Ed and I met at Sears for family portrait night. We've never had a professional family portrait taken that we liked, and I wanted a break from the single-solid-color background at Picture People, so we went for Sears instead. Big mistake. Big. HUGE. (name that movie.)

ThursdayEd, Mia and I spent Thanksgiving at my Mom's house, as is our tradition. Ed's Mom came along for the ride, but Ed's sister and her family came to pick Sarah up so that she could spent Thanksgiving with them.
