I feel silly saying I have a fever when my temperature is 98.8, but I normally run about 97.2/97.4, so it *is* slightly elevated for me. -

I'm going to order backup glasses from Zenni, but which? I'm thinking of something different from what I have, (small, silver ovals, full rim). I have a cold. I am very, very bad at being sick. However, I not only managed to go to work today, I even got myself to go to ballet (it's not a very bad cold), the bank, and the grocery store (not in that order). I shall now drink another cup of tea and go to sleep. -

Yay for NPR's Science Friday. It led me here, where I can spend as much time as I like clicking through galaxies and thinking about how it could be cool to do research into why it's hard to write an algorithm to do this as well as humans do (and possibly how to overcome that ( Read more... ) -
Mid-show what?
I'm still trying to adjust to not having rehearsal yesterday or today. After this weekend, I won't have rehearsals or shows anymore. It's a little odd, not having that pressure there. Pleasantly odd, but still decidedly strange. I may even have time to start making some meals again, instead of just food. What a crazy idea. Possibly even doing ( Read more... )
