Financial Permaculture
Today I wrote a chapter in a book! I just discovered Wikibooks, which is made by the same people as Wikipedia. Someone started a book on Permaculture Design and laid out the introduction and all the chapters, one of them being "Financial Permaculture," a chief interest of mine. Here's something you don't know about me: I'm fascinated by economics. When I found out that Oliver Stone made a sequel to "Wall Street" I knew I had to see it.

Doing Business
I just received a phone call from woman looking to lease land for garlic. She's an organic grower for the Seed Saver's Exchange, an organization dedicated to preserving heirloom seed stock. I've been a quiet supporter of this organization since I learned about them. She is also working to organize a farmer's market for the sprawl town Covington. ( Read more... ) -

Discontented
There's something off about my life experience. Something is missing. It feels like lonliness, but Idon't think that's it. Today I received a hug from a friend, I helped Mike doctor a horse, and I talked shit with people twice my age at the bar. I'm not starving for social interaction, but something still isn't right.
