I just received a phone call from woman looking to lease land for garlic. She's an organic grower for the Seed Saver's Exchange, an organization dedicated to preserving heirloom seed stock. I've been a quiet supporter of this organization since I learned about them. She is also working to organize a farmer's market for the sprawl town Covington. ( Read more... )

We have apparently determined the date when we expect to be where you are (One afternoon then we'll be doing an overnight stay somewhere at a small-town motel before going back to the big, fancy place that is booked for the city events which are scheduled to follow.

Might mention that if I'm going to do any guitar-pickin' where you are, I'll need to borrow one as I don't expect to be carrying any of mine with me.

We're going to need specific instructions on how to get to your place (although, as I mentioned, a while back, I have already gleaned quite a few clues) including an address etc. Phone number would also be good.

Without having to 'post' anything that you prefer to not make public information for all 'browsers' here on L.J. you can send me an e-mail.
