First lyrics translation attempt
I love this song, and I couldn't find a translation online, so I'm giving it a shot.
I got the kanji lyrics from the video description of the live version of the song in YouTube by user kyostrifePSC (thank you!!). I don't know if it's the official lyrics, but I can't really find any other source.The video is here. However, this live version (and the lyrics posted) do not include 1 phrase of the lyrics that comes right before the 1st chorus in the recording. If anyone has it, please tell me and I'll update the translation & romaji. Also, feel free to comment if you find any mistakes :) I'm a newb after all.

Some words I chose because I felt like they might fit the overall meaning/image better, and some I'm not 100% sure about because they seem ambiguous to me (if you know what they are actually, feel free to comment). Anyways, here are some notes on my translation if you want to understand it better:
1 My translation still sounds kind of weird, but actually, it can be literally translated as "Shallow sleep is water surface, deeply", but that doesn't make much sense in English, so I wrote the translation as the image of going "into" the water
2 "tsuyoku" actually means "strongly"
3 It literally says that in the original lyrics. It's not clear whose fingers it is, but I like the image of the narrator reaching out and perhaps thinking, "fingers"
4 I think it's supposed to mean more like gazing into the distance so that you can decipher an image, but I can't find the concise equivalence in English, so I just leave it as it is. It's originally "mitodokeyou". "mi" is "to see". "todokeyou" is "let's reach"
5 The actual words aren't nouns "voice" & "laughter", but verbs "making sound" and "laughing"
6 "nijinde" means to "to blur", "to blot", "to ooze"
7 the original text can also be interpreted as "in the image that becomes ephemeral" or "an impression of (something) ephemeral"
8 I just like how the Japanese words for "disintegration" and "self-admonition" are pronounced the same, "jikai" *__*
9 I don't understand why there are two kanji, one after another, "for wakaru" in the kanji text, one means to "part" and one means to "understand". I think the latter might be a typo, but anyway, in the recording he sings "nokete", which is "to brush aside". But I got the overall image of tears flowing into bodies of water, like rivers parting. Also, in the lyrics, it says "mizu", which means water, but it's sang as "koko", which means here, so I put it as "this water."
10 Because he says "you ni" in the end, I think it can also mean, "I'll make sure so that my hand will always be in yours". But "you ni" can also mean "as if", so perhaps it can also mean "I will make it so that it is as if my hand will always be in yours."
11 Almost forgot, when I realized what this phrase might mean, I was pretty surprised how quickly the image contrasted with the previous. So, I'm not completely sure if my interpretation is right. Again, feel free to correct me if you know.
