Sometime after 12:30 am central 15 March 2006 my beloved son and great friend, Stephen James Taylor, took his life.

Nothing will ever be the same. The world has changed forever.

Ok - I checked in, got knocked out, got awoke over and over for vitals and stuff, got to pee without the Annoying Bladder Hose of Annoyingness, ate oatmeal, started to drift off, got IV removed and was told to get dressed, it was time to go home. I have my surgery date - Dec 19. Since I do all of everything - shopping, wrapping, decorating, cooking and anything else - it will be a lamer-than-usual Christmas. The gal at the gyn's office is supposed to call me tomorrow to schedule my hysterectomy. Looking forward to being rid of the frequent excruciating pain, not looking forward to nobody understanding that I am having major abdominal surgery.

Just got off the phone with the 15 year old girl that my 18 year old son has gotten pregnant. My son is AWOL. Before disappearing from the face of the earth he spouted the cliche "She's a slut it's not mine wtf it's all her fault she raped me" bullshit. I can't believe he's my son.
