The gal at the gyn's office is supposed to call me tomorrow to schedule my hysterectomy. Looking forward to being rid of the frequent excruciating pain, not looking forward to nobody understanding that I am having major abdominal surgery.

Eh, I dont know if it was brave so much as necessary. If I didnt do it, I was cruising for taking 25 years off my life. Of course, Im sick as a frigging dog on a daily basis ... but hey! Ive lost 30 pounds. >_< Trade off? Perhaps. I gotta get this daily heaving under control.

I've known gals who have had that operation - hang in there and follow doctor's instructions. It will get better, I promise.
