I really thought that my next post would be about something other than my walks around Park Towne Place. I was wrong. This time I'll not only tell you how far I walked, I'll show you my route on a map. Yep. I live in the North Building on the 8th floor, looking toward the Parkway. I've been here 22 months and have no intention of leaving until they carry me out. FanSee

Oh gosh, yes. We've had pouring down rain for two days now, so I've probably regressed. Fingers crossed, FanSee.

The hardest part is getting on the elevator and going downstairs. Once I get outside, I'm okay.

Of course I haven't walked in two days now. I'm afraid that if I get out, I'll get caught in one of those short, fierce rainstorms and get soaked to the skin in two minutes, not to mention struck by lightening. FanSee

Looks like a good bit of walking.
You've moved to a very nice place. It offers you quite a lot - outdoor space, well kept with walking 'trails', a restauraht, a view from your apartment, people to meet.
You made a good choice.

I can look out my window in the winter, when the trees are leafless, and see more than eight big apartment houses; I visited all of them before I went to Park Towne Place. It was the most expensive apartment I looked at and the best with all its amenities and newly renovated, modern apartments.. No more looking was necessary. i was done. FanSee
