The subject of Caritas had come up last weekend. Having had no immediate calls back to service, Kaidan figured it wouldn't hurt to stop by just the once again.

Admittedly, this hadn't been the set-up he'd expected... but it wouldn't keep him from ordering a beer or anything.

Emily was surprised to find the bar with such a...setup which meant the mun has no idea of how do you sign for this thing.

She decided to stick around and amuse herself with the people dating, at least. And get her drinking on.

"Getting ready for the dates, or just enjoying being a spectator?" Bruce asked, waving his drink vaguely to indicate Emily's. For some people, alcohol was very good at encouraging them to go through with speed dating.

Apparently Sparkle was a terrible influence because Jessica went for the relatively dirty wordplay.

Which was positively risque for her, but then she heard her name called. It didn't look like Olive was around to blame this time. What the crapping hell?

Well, like it or not, Jessica was committed at this point. So after the first round gong sounded, she got back up to cheer.

"Admit it, that wasn't so bad!
Maybe this round will keep you glad!"

And then she heard her name right away so she stopped there.

It was entirely possible that Sparkle had joined the cheer squad just to have an excuse to yell shit like this at large groups of people. He gave a grin and laughed as he darted off to his next date.

It was a shame there wasn't enough room in here on a busy night for Sparkle to cartwheel. It really, sincerely was.
