The whole night, she seemed like she was in awe of the turn out, the praise she got from her castmates (and there was a lot of it going around), everything. It was awesome.
That is why I want them to win an Emmy.
Also, also, DAVE! AMY WANTS LOUIS TO RETURN AND BUTT-HEADS WITH ADAM.
Their facial reactions is the one I'm most curious about. Like, how did they look when they saw the audience. Or how Adam looked when everyone screamed at the mention of Party Down.
And omg, you talked to Amy. I am crying and I am so happy for you.
Lastly, the one thing I don't think I could have handled if I was there was me not being able to contain myself if they DO show Harvest Fest. How rabid did the crowd get?
And omg, how amazing was it to meet other P&R fans? Like, I've only ever fangirled with three other people irl, so I'm assuming that feeling or meeting everyone must've been wonderful. And the Tumblr people!
Omg, I am so sorry for asking you so many questions. Don't answer them now D: Get your sleep. AHHHHH!
No no! Don't apologize for questions! Answering them helps me remember the things I missed :)

They were all pretty stoic, you know? No one was jumping out of their chair going "LOOK AT ALL THE PEOPLE". But I don't now, there was something about the way they were looking all around at everyone that gave me the impression that they were so happy about the turn out.
Even when people went nuts for Party Down, Adam remained low key, but he was definitely smiling and seemed happy to know that people appreciated it.
Lastly, the one thing I don't think I could have handled if I was there was me not being able to contain myself if they DO show Harvest Fest. How rabid did the crowd get?It was crazy watching it with such a big audience, because you know how laughter just naturally builds in a theater? It was like that, and so even the tiniest joke got a huge reaction. I'm really excited to watch it again because I know

And I'm so happy for you! That panel seems like a dream come true. This part made me super super giddy:
*Michael Schur on the last half of Season 3: "Leslie's sort of had tunnel vision when it comes to the festival, and now that it's over, it's going to start to dawn on her that Ben's obviously really into her. So they're sort of going to tap dance around each other, and that arc will play out over the rest of the season."
Just the *idea* of Leslie slowly becoming aware of how much Ben cares about her, as well as the fact we'll get to *see* her realize this, makes me shake uncontrollably with happiness. Gah! I love this show!
It really was a dream come true. I still kind of can't believe it happened.
And omg yes, I was SO happy when he said that! That was probably the most squee-worthy tidbit we got all night, to know that we absolutely will see their relationship arc over the next nine episodes is just awesome.
OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG. i can't freakin even. i'm so fucking happy for you and just like... dyinggggggg idk. for the entire night and entire time i was going through my tumblr dash, i was feeling super jealous and kind of depressed about being so close to paley and not being able to go and i always feel weird about meeting celebrities cause its kinda like that whole 4th wall thing... but honestly, this post just made me so happy about the show and these beautiful people and you! i'm happy for youuu :DD so awesome, glad you had a good time!!
Aww thank you! I really did have a great time and I wish every Parks fan could have gone.
I didn't even know we'd be watching the episode until the day of and someone mentioned it on Tumblr and I was like OMGWUT. I know it's tempting, but I hope you stay unspoiled for it because really, it'll be so much more satisfying if it's a surprise. It's an awesome episode and I want everyone to go in with as little information as possible. If you can help it :)
UGH, if she's that in awe of a Paley crowd.... girl needs to win an Emmy. THEY ALL NEED AN EMMY.
Ausiello asked if they were disappointed they didn't get more Emmy recognition, and Michael Schur said the nicest thing about how "When we heard that Amy was up for Lead Actress, we all said 'Okay, yes, that's the one, that makes sense.' Yeah, it'd be nice if everyone could be nominated, but if it's going to be anyone, it has to be Amy Poehler.'" Cue the entire theater applauding and cheering. It was so sweet.
