I'm certainly looking forward to this semester at MCU. Uni's going alright. I'm mostly on top of my work and being on top is easier to achieve when I'm not stressed about Japanese. I'm thinking of leaving the kid's church ministry at WSCBC next year in favour of joining with a Japanese church instead. Or maybe just not being a part of 2 churches ( Read more... )

It's been a few days since I blogged. I really enjoy teaching! I sent an email to WACOT enquiring about getting a number so I can relief teach while I'm completing my studies, but they said I need to have the qualifications first. :P I have a friend who works at WACOT though, so I might give him a call and see what he says ( Read more... )

On Friday night I went out for dinner with Rachel. We went to this fantastic restaurant on Murray street with great cherry tomatoes (I just cannot shut up about them - they're so good!). Matt and Ali's wedding was yesterday and what a lovely wedding it was too! I went with Tom, as Anna had lent him to me for the day as my date. :D Even though we teased each other playfully throughout the day, it was really nice that Tom did come with me and took care of me.
