My dress arrived the other day and this morning I went to the store to try it on. It's very lovely. We've been getting other wedding things happening too, which has been good. I went to a wedding today for some family friends. Dad was asked to do the service and I thought it was really nice. It was pretty casual. Most of the guests stood up during the service (and the sermon was thankfully short and to the point) - except the oldies who had chairs. Yesterday was FULL ON!! I woke up a bit earlier than I would have liked because I couldn't get back to sleep after rolling over many times. I worked 3hrs (9-12) at Myer, which was really good because otherwise I would have been bouncing in my seat at home.
