As many of you know, I have been looking into single living options (ie one bedroom), though I have been rather cagey about the EXACT one bedrooms I've been considering until things were settled. Well, today is the day for full disclosure: I'm buying a condo! AAAHHHHHH! I've been plotting and looking and haggling and whatnot for about a month now,

Very nice. Are you going to decorate the same way (I assume the furniture in the photos doesn't come with)?

Am asking if she wants to sell the furniture and how much (doubt she will, but maybe?), though I have furniture too. It will be a mix of many eras, but definitely leaning toward retro, 50s through 70s, with a bit of older and a bit of newer. I definitely connected with this place because it retains the vintage touches (but isn't dirty and infested!)--didn't like any of the other places I looked at at all. They all looked the same, no character, and a lot smaller (with a price rather larger too). This place has a bike room too! And since I'm on the first floor, I can play DDR with impunity. :)

*I know* :) Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep because I keep thinking about furniture arrangement and decorating and entertaining! Can't wait to have crafting and fabulous parties with snazzy party trays and whatnot!!!
