I have a new book that I am going to be reading at work this week. (It is the end of the school year so there are not many English classes.) The book is The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. I do not know too much about the book besides what is written on the back cover and that it was a huge bestseller back in the States.

It is such a beautiful day I hate to be at work. The sun is shinning in a blue sky and it is around 40 degrees today. I would love to be walking around Ami…If only I didn’t have to work.

It was a Christmas weekend here in Japan! On Saturday, Andrea, Jana, Katie, and I went down to Tokyo to finish the last of our Christmas shopping!
