OKAY, HARRY POTTER, I JUST SAW IT YAY.

I loved The Tale of the Three Brothers. For a long boring piece of exposition, it was fucking gorgeous.

Jason Isaacs described in an interview that Lucius Malfoy "basically looked like he got run over by a truck" (his words, not mine). Still, he WORKED those scenes that he was in.

The Weasley twins and Neville were WONDERFUL. I was so so happy.

Yes, yes, yes! The animation was so absolutely gorgeous and creative and it was easily one of my favourite scenes.

Jason Isaacs owns any role handed to him, I can't even. But his description is pretty spot on.

My theater burst out laughing at the title of Cowboys and Aliens...because it's hilariously "what you see is what you get" in manner of Snakes on a Plane ( ... )

It's sad because I'm super pumped for it and I know Comic Con is not a good example for the 'norm' but it received a favorable attention there ( ... )

Okay so HERE IS THE SCOOP ON PETER. It had a little interview with Timothy Spall in Entertainment Weekly and he said his fate has been "deferred," pointing out that he should've died by now in book canon. So they asked him what would happen in part 2 and he said he's been sworn to secrecy by Warner Bros. I guess we have to wait until July!

Who knows, they could very well stick stuff on the DVD. The movie's runtime was already 2hrs and 30mins basically--and with our screen error, we got out a little later, and then our geek asses watched the entire credits, which were REALLY LONG. It could be they wanted to put more in but WB was worried about it turning into Titanic.

I read the Time review of the film today and who peed in Richard Corliss' Cheerios? His review is here. I think Corliss is also a Harmony shipper based on something he writes in there, lol. (In the magazine version, there's a small pull-out exploring where three of the heroes and three of the enemies are in the movie, but it says Ginny has "gone into hiding elsewhere." ( ... )

whaaaaaaat. UGH WHY IS THIS SO FRUSTRATING. WHY COULDN'T YOU HAVE JUST DONE IT LIKE IN THE BOOKS, KLOVES, I MEAN REALLY. I can understand other little scenes being deleted scenes but this? A little too important for that, I think.

Yeah, Ginny was on the train with Neville. You saw her sitting across from him. :D

Wait, what? They're fixing to not be twins? What does that even mean? They're dying their hair? idek.

SO I KNOW I WAS HATING ON IT BUT STILL

i saw three trailers on wednesday and was like "pft. pft. pft..." and then this one epic long trailer came on and i was like ".... *goes to fandango*" SO ANYWAYS i saw it and yes. i'm going to point by point agree with you. jsyk.

What didn't I love? The theatre audience. DISAPPOINT. They were the lamest midnight premiere audience I've ever been with. I miss my Simi Valley peeps. D: They booed Cowboys & Aliens and had no reaction besides some laughter at Tron. I was like sflkdg;lk;ldsgk;d YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT WORTHY OF A MIDNIGHT PREMIERE, LEAVE THIS THEATRE IMMEDIATELY.

OMG we had the LAMEST theater too!! D: D: D: i wish we were together <3 I MISS OUR MIDNIGHT PREMIERES. also as i was walking along the lines i noticed that i only knew like four people :| weird times.

• "I don't want anyone to die for me blah blah blah." HARRY, THIS IS WHY YOU ARE NOT ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PROTAGONISTS. :|So that scene isn't in the book like this, and it made me go like "...wut :|" when it happened but it did ( ... )

• But speaking of that scene, as cool as the visual effects were, the Harry/Hermione in the locket was awkward, unexpected, and entirely unnecessary. A kiss is fine, it even makes sense but they went way too far with that.

UGH UGH EW EW my whole theater was like "OH NO SHIELD YOUR EEEYYEES" it was SO AWKWARD.

Also, the dancing was cute after the initial epic awkwardness of it all. I've always liked their friendship though. And I really, really liked Emma Watson in this film too. She's so beautiful.

i was thinking that about her the entire movie too!! she's grown up and blossomed so well as a character and actress :D it's fantastic to have been able to watch her.

• But, I'll be honest, and I know I'm a crazy heartless bitch, but I didn't cry at his death. I didn't even cry at his death in the book. It's always been an emotionally profound scene for me but never one that I lost it with tears over. It was always mostly a numb feeling, unable to believe that actually just happened. For the movie, however, I think it was less tragic ( ... )

You're my favourite sister ever. I wish I had been with you. ♥ And don't worry, I might not be home for the second film either so. And don't worry, I was really struggling to get excited for the film but loved it so obviously we're sisters. whateven with your theatre audience. Don't worry, Tron will be epic ( ... )

I love that you're vlogging bb. ♥ Also, I'm really jealous of your audience. We talked about doing Potter Puppet Pals but it never happened. Mostly I was disappoint by their lack of geekery. But I'm glad you had fun!

It's seriously so much fun, I can't stop! This is what pisses me off about my film program, is that I'm unable to really explore if making films as opposed to just studying them is something I want to do. So I'm enjoying myself :D

My audience was boss.

For the next one, I need to dress up in full regalia.

I have a full costume at home but I didn't bring all of it because it would have taken up too much room in my suitcase. But for the next film, definitely! I did dress up a bit for this one.

Haha, yeah, I don't really like making films so much as I like studying/writing them. I like stories more than technical aspects of films but I'm glad you're expanding your horizons!

ILU BB. 8D

I have no idea if he died or not. Either way, it's an issue because if he did die, it was inappropriate and unsatisfactory and if he didn't, he needs a new death and unless it's avenging James and Lily galore, I still won't be happy.

Yeah, hopefully we'll get some killer deleted scenes though. I'm holding out hope for that!

Every movie needs more Bill Nighy. True fact.

DanRad cracks me up. I just. I can't take him seriously. He's so awkward. XD

Did you? I thought the dance scene started out awkward then got cute AND THEN GOT REALLY AWKWARD WHEN THEY WERE LIKE CUDDLING AND STARING AT EACH OTHER AND UGH, KLOVES, Y U SO AWKWARD.

Yeah, my audience had a good reaction to Dobby as well. :D I've still never cried at his death but I'm apparently heartless so oh well.

ILU AND TRUTH TO EVERYTHING.
