You're right, this entry is epic.
So much ranting about the wonderful Harry Potter. Oh goodness. It never ends. XD But I love you for it. I love your ability to think of these things and just write them to post them. Flipping amazing.
I've never really put much thought into the Marauders, I love them, but I love how you have so much passion for them, it's adoreable. You're adoreable.
I wish I could post things like this too, you make me giggle.
Btw... I'm kinda stoked that we're gonna hang, it's like... flipping amazing. XD
I <3 you muchos.
Oh yes, and the guy playing George, (David, right?), was so flirting with us. I know he said he saw us laughing, but he was so flirting it was bad. Although I didn't really like him as much with the fake moustache... too distratcing for me. I think if I ever had a boyfriend that had one, I would force him to cut it off. Although... I'll probably never have a boyfriend because I'm too shy and as far as I know, no guys like me... ANYWAY! back to my subject. Today was flipping awesome. And I kinda <3 ( ... )

See? Epic Harry Potter squeeing is epic. :D Awwes. *feels all speshul and adorable* I love the Marauders - they are the best aspect of the series for me. They're just an incredible group of people and my heart soars when I learn more about them.

YAY FOR HANGING. It shall be super fun.

George (no idea what his real name is) was awesome. And such a sweetheart. The mustache made me LOL. Aw, Reggie hearts you back!

Yes, go take the driving classes. Now.

I know exactly what you mean about the Marauders. I love the Harry Potter books and the trio but my favourite aspects would have to be when we got snippets about those four boys and Lily. When I think about Harry Potter most of my thoughts come back to the Marauders. There is a reason The Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite book of the series. I've read it so many times and it's tattered and torn and well loved. And it introduced me to Remus Lupin who remains my favourite character from the series and maybe one of my favourite ficitonal characters ever. Oh how I cried in Deathly Hallows. And my love for them has extended to my writing, I've written quite a bit of Harry Potter fanfic but it's only ever been about the Marauders (or connected to them, I started one about Teddy Lupin lol). So your post totally had me squeeing all over the place.

Oh, definitely. Anytime we learn more about them (and Lily), however small, I am a big ball of squee. Prisoner of Azkaban is definitely my favourite novel too. I think it was the ice breaker of the series and the first book before everything suddenly turns into OMG DARK CRAZY DRAMA PLOT. Plus it's where I first met the Marauders and I immediately fell in love.

James is definitely my favourite character (which I'm sure is clear) but I have a soft spot for Remus. I was infuriated at his death. Not the fact that he died, but that it was so minimal and just a fleeting statement. There was absolutely no closure for his character and that bothered me quite a bit.

Squeeing over the Marauders is always wonderful in my book. :D

Well, I know what you are talking about, because I LOVE THE MARAUDERS! They are one of the reasons that I continued reading the books. I don´t know how many times I have read "Prisoner of Azkaban" because this books is wonderful ( ... )

Marauders are the epitome of wonderful. I will never get over how much I love those boys (and Lily). I was enthralled from the moment I met Remus and Sirius and I haven't given up on them. Anytime I learn more about them is a treat which is why I was ecstatic over the prequel she wrote. I'm glad it wasn't a future passage about Harry or anything. I could die happy for actual novels.

I still feel all giddy inside when I remember that I share a birthday with James. He's so utterly adorable.

Yeah, none of them got a peaceful ending. They all went down as heroes but there was never any closure for them, it seems. Remus' death was probably the one I was most irritated with because it was treated as if it was nothing.

Oh, by all means, be my guest! Anything to spread the love.

Oh, I cried so much when Remus died... He was the last marauder, our hope that one of them would have a happy ending...

And can I friend you here in LJ?=O)

Ooh, that sounds awesome. I've only heard two of the songs because he has them up on his MySpace page. I'm eager for my CD to get here. x3

I agree with pretty much everything in this entry and I wanted to write a long comment but my brain suddenly stopped working when I saw you share a birthday with James.
I'm jealous, it's true XD

XDD I flipped out when I finally comprehended that was his birthday. I love that and I still get all giddy inside when I remember. I think the thing I'm most freaked out by is that it is my favourite character - I mean, that's extremely ironic. Haha.
