We got rain last night!! There was a big storm, with heavy winds, lightning, and thunder. It was AWESOME. We ended up with 1.4" near the house. That's the most rain we've gotten since January. Ahh I love when a storm is coming and there's a sudden drop in temperature. it's so exciting! The thunder scares me though.

How'd you do with the earthquake? I loved how everyone was talking about the Virginia one, but no one seemed to mention the one in S CO.

Haha no one in Colorado was talking about it after the Virginia one so no worries. :) It hit Trinidad which was nowhere near me, so it was a novelty sorta thing, we never felt it in denver. From what I hear, all it did was rattle shelves and such, but nothing to cause damage, definately stronger than the ones we generally get here which are like 2 to 3.0 types. So everyone was just fresh on the novelty of it when the east coast rumbler shook.
