I've heard talk of a DVD release in December - would make sense. It'd be a brilliant stocking stuffer for everyone's moms - and for oneself, of course. The date I heard was December 16, for some reason. :D

You'll have to let me know what you think of Prairie Home Companion. I watched it simply because it was filmed here (even though I hate Garrison Keillor and the show itself) and was wholly unimpressed. But maybe a Meryl fan will enjoy it.

I dug Prairie Home Companion. I watched it in a heat wave in an unairconditioned theater. It was worth it.

I absolutely agree in every way. Meryl is so classy and talented and just so GROUNDED. I love reading her interviews and watching her speak, because she just sounds like such a humble, fantastic person for all the accolades she's received, you know?

Anne was talking about how she loved working with Meryl, but it was so intimidating and she felt so awkward. One day, they were discussing the craft and Anne whipped out this quote about acting. She says Meryl just looked at her for a second with this little half smile on her face. Then, horrified, Anne says 'I just quoted you to you, didn't I" and Meryl just kinda grinned at her.

Prairie is not for everyone, I mean, it's an Altman movie! However, I love the radio show, and the cast was stellar. Hope you enjoy it.

OMIGOODNESS. I LOVE MERYL STREEP. She's just... incredible. And seriously, just so ridiculously down-to-earth and NORMAL for her phenomenal amounts of talent. *weeps* I'm so so so glad to be going to see Mamma Mia AGAIN. Yes, I don't care if it's excessive.

And I love what I've seen of Altman so far. Meryl Streep and Lily Tomlin and a cast of other awesome people are in it. I love the music. I think I'll muddle through. ;)

It's sis' birthday tomorrow today (it's 5am. omg!) and we're spending it watching MAMMA MIA!! 2nd viewing! :D WHOOPEE!!

And yes OMG terminal 3 is just gorgeous. My sis and I spent our time just walking around and looking at the ceiling. And then wishing we lived at the hotel beside it.

I also need to channel YOU when I'm writing my essays. Productivity needs to be at 100000% later in the day.

Edit: And ooh! MacDs can be soooo awesome at times. I had chicken foldover for dinner, in bed and made a teensy chilli sauce mess. I want nuggets soooo bad now. And hot hot fries. And a coke. OK, GIMME THE DAMN MEAL!

OMG YAY FOR WATCHING IT AGAIN. I'm so watching it for the FOURTH TIME after lunch today, LOL. I'm excited, I cannot lie.
