interesting trend
it used to be, with Republican presidential candidates (or republican politicians in general), that I didn't agree with their ideas, platforms, etc. I used to suspect them of being some combination of:- greedy
- power hungry
- ambitious
- morally bankrupt
- corrupt

the Green and the Orange
so I watched a bit of a brittish television show which takes brittish celebrities and finds out their genealogy...and I watched the David Tennant episode (his name isn't actually Tennat, it's MacDONALAD) and he got quite uncomfortable actually because he has an Northern Irish side to his family who were, predictably, protestant and, well, Orange. I watch the Prince of Egypt kinda a lot. Why? Why would a 26 year old athiest watch a religious kids movie repeatedly? cuz the story is good, mythology is often fun.
