Wherein I whine about the Olympics coverage this year.
Ugh. I'm really enjoying watching Olympic gymnastics and swimming, but nightly 12:30-1am bedtimes are killing me. I guess NBC figures that everyone has a Tivo, so it doesn't matter that they're broadcasting insanely late. Egg
Inspired by Chocolate and Zucchini, a belated birthday gift from my friend Julie, I made my first ever soft-boiled egg for lunch. I had to improvise an egg cup, but a little Christmas shot glass in the breakfront served admirably well.
